Applying for an On-Campus Gathering

This page explains how to submit the On-Campus Gathering Application, the submission deadlines, and the additional participant list required when people from outside the university attend.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Application and Required Documents

Student organizations holding a gathering on the Tokyo Senju Campus must follow the on-campus gathering guidelines and complete the On-Campus Gathering Application available at the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section. Submit the completed application to the same section. If participants from outside the university will attend, submit their participant list together with the application.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Submission Deadline

Submit the On-Campus Gathering Application no later than one week before the activity begins. The Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, is located on the third floor of Building 2. This one-week deadline is stated for the 2025 and 2026 academic years across the specified Tokyo Senju Campus faculties and programmes, including the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Future Science, and the Division of Engineering.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Submission Deadline

For the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the stated deadline depends on the organization or applicant: an association officially recognized by the student association must submit the On-Campus Gathering Application up to two weeks in advance, while an association not officially recognized by the student association must submit it up to one week in advance. One supplied rule also specifies a one-week limit for individuals. Facilities are not available for lending on holidays.
