After submitting your application, issue the certificate using the certificate issuing machine on the third floor of Building 2. For the 2025 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus for the Faculty of Science and Technology, the student discount certificate can be issued only by a certificate issuing machine on campus because it uses dedicated paper.
