When to Submit the Off-Campus Activity Report

Submit the Off-Campus Activity Report promptly after an off-campus activity ends. Additional advance filing applies when a student group conducts the activity.

Submission after the activity

After an off-campus activity ends, submit the Off-Campus Activity Report promptly. When a student group conducts an off-campus activity, it must also submit an Off-Campus Activity Application to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare) no later than one week before the activity begins, in accordance with the off-campus activity guidelines.
