Off-Campus Activity Application Requirements

This page explains when an Off-Campus Activity Application is required, where and when to submit it, and when an external participant list is needed.

When the application is required

Student groups conducting activities off campus, including extracurricular or volunteer activities, must complete the Off-Campus Activity Application in accordance with the off-campus activity guidelines. The application is handled by the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section.

Deadline and submission location

Submit the Off-Campus Activity Application to the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section no later than one week before the activity starts. After the activity ends, submit an Off-Campus Activity Report promptly. For the 2026 Engineering and System Design Engineering faculties at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section is located on the third floor of Building 2.

External participant list

If people from outside the university will participate, submit their participant list together with the Off-Campus Activity Application.
