How to Apply for a Gakkensai/Gakkenbai Enrollment Certificate

If a research institution or internship host requests proof of your enrollment in Gakkensai and Gakkenbai, apply using the designated form at the appropriate university office.

Application procedure and processing time

The university can issue enrollment certificates for Gakkensai and Gakkenbai. If a research institution or internship host requests a certificate, complete the designated application form, “Application for Issuance of a Gakkensai/Gakkenbai Enrollment Certificate,” at the appropriate office and submit your application. The certificate is generally issued seven days after the application date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
