When to Enter the Teaching-Course Record

This page explains when to enter the teaching-course record and the related procedures for each faculty and academic year.

Future Science Faculty

For students in years 1–3, enter the teaching-course record after the first-semester grade announcement in September, before registering for second-semester courses. Enter it again after the second-semester grade announcement during the March spring break. In year 4, enter the record after the first-semester grade announcement in September.

Engineering Faculty

In year 1, enter the teaching-course record after the second-semester grade announcement during the March spring break.

Engineering Faculty, Division II

Enter the teaching-course record. After the second-semester grade announcement, enter the record and undergo the on-campus health checkup. After the first-semester grade announcement, enter the record and register for second-semester courses, and enter the record before taking the teaching-practice seminar.
