Facility-Use Requests and Required Permission

For facility use, submit a request form to the Student Welfare Office two weeks in advance. Use of the cafeteria also requires permission from 錦電サービス.

Request deadline for facility use

To use the Stone-Step Plaza or the Presentation Hall, submit a request form to the Student Welfare Office two weeks before the planned use.

Additional requirement for cafeteria use

To use the cafeteria, first obtain permission from 錦電サービス. Then submit a request form to the Student Welfare Office two weeks before the planned use.
