Vehicle Parking Permit Application

This page explains the documents, safety training, submission period, and responsible desk for applying for a vehicle parking permit at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus.

Required documents

To have a vehicle parking permit issued, submit the Vehicle Commuting Application signed jointly by you and your guarantor, a copy of the relevant vehicle’s voluntary insurance certificate or equivalent document, a copy of your driver’s license, and other required documents.

Safety training and submission

For the 2026 academic year, you must attend the Safe Driving Lecture and submit the Vehicle Commuting Application with the required documents during the designated submission period. The responsible desk is Student Welfare. For the 2025 academic year, you must attend the Safe Driving Lecture held in the first or second term and submit the application with the required documents during the designated submission period. The responsible desk is Student Welfare.
