Submitting a Student or Guarantor Contact Change Notice

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the contact change notice requires the student's student ID and is handled by the Student Support Center.

Required document and submission location

When submitting the Student or Guarantor Contact Change Notice, submit or attach the student's student ID. The notice is handled by the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2. For the Faculty of Engineering, this requirement applies to the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus. The same requirement applies to the Second Division of the Faculty of Engineering for the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus.
