After-hours Campus Access for Curricular Activities

For curricular activities such as graduation research at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, learn when the after-hours request applies, what information it must include, and how and when to submit it.

When the request is required

At the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the request applies when you remain on campus for curricular activities such as graduation research after 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, after 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, or on holidays. If you need to remain in a laboratory or another campus facility outside opening hours for curricular activities, you must notify your academic advisor in advance and submit the after-hours curricular activity request.

How to submit the request

Complete all required fields on the after-hours curricular activity request, obtain approval from your academic advisor, and submit it to the Academic Affairs desk. The request must be submitted during the desk's service hours in the week before the activity is scheduled to take place.

Student information to include

List the names of the students who will attend after confirming the attending students each time the request is prepared.
