Applying to Hold a Student Gathering on Campus

Students planning a gathering on campus must submit a gathering application addressed to the Center Director and the Director of the Administrative Office. The required information depends on the applicable campus, faculty, and academic year.

Gathering application requirements

Before holding a student gathering on campus, submit a gathering application stating the organization name, the name of the organization’s responsible person, and the purpose of the gathering. For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the application must also state the gathering location. The application is addressed to the Center Director and the Director of the Administrative Office.

For the 2025 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the application must contain the prescribed information, but the supplied rule does not specify those items. The three required items listed above apply to the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology, and to the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology.
