For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Accounting Section of the Finance Department handles administrative work related to lending and collection for the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division. This includes both the scholarship and the relief scholarship. For the Faculty of Future Science in 2026, the same section handles administration related to lending and collection of the scholarship and relief scholarship. For the Faculty of System Design and Technology in the 2025 academic year, the Accounting Section of the Finance Department handles lending, collection, and related matters. The Student Support Center (Student Welfare) handles selection and other matters concerning the appointment of recipients.
