Student Welfare Desk Services

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, the Student Welfare desk handles enrollment procedures, student services, certificates, insurance procedures, consultations, and related applications.

Procedures and services handled by the Student Welfare desk

The Student Welfare desk of the Student Support Center, located on the third floor of Building 2, handles the following matters: leave of absence, withdrawal, reinstatement, and other enrollment-status procedures; changes of address; extracurricular activity procedures; scholarships; issuance of student ID cards and student discount certificates; issuance of certificates of enrollment; procedures for Student Education and Research Accident Insurance and its supplementary liability insurance; student-life consultations; lost-and-found matters; and applications for support for students' off-campus activities, among other services.
