Where to Submit Withdrawal Documents

For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus should submit the required documents to the Student Welfare Desk.

Submit the required documents to the Student Welfare Desk. If you are withdrawing due to illness, attach a medical certificate issued by a doctor.
