Student Loan Office Hours and Eligibility Review

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains when the Student Welfare Office handles loan matters and what applicants must include on the Mutual Aid Fund application form.

Office hours for loan matters

At the Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, the Student Welfare Office handles loan matters Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00.

Loan eligibility review

Applicants for the Mutual Aid Fund must write a specific and detailed reason on the application form. The Student Welfare Office checks whether the application is eligible for a loan.
