Returning from a Leave of Absence

Information sent before your leave ends

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, the Student Welfare Office mails you the return-from-leave procedure information and application before your leave period expires.

Submitting the required documents

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, submit the required documents at the Student Welfare Office counter. If your leave was due to illness or injury, attach a doctor's medical certificate. For the 2026 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, submit the documents required for return from leave at the Student Welfare Office counter.
