What the Student Welfare Office Handles

For students in the School of Science and Technology at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the 2025 academic year, the Student Welfare Office handles extracurricular activities; facility use; scholarships; enrollment status matters such as leave of absence, return from leave, and withdrawal; course changes and transfer-related matters; student counseling; student ID cards; changes to addresses and guarantor information; tuition payments, including tuition payment extensions; school bus operations; lost and found items; issuing certificates of enrollment and student discount certificates; student education and research accident insurance; and support for students with disabilities.
