Where to submit documentation for an extended absence

For the Faculty of Future Science in academic year 2025 and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, in academic year 2026, if you are absent for one week or longer, you must also submit the relevant absence-notification document to the Tokyo Senju Campus Administrative Office (Academic Affairs). For the Faculty of Engineering in academic year 2025, the guidance specifies absences exceeding one week and requires submission of part of the absence notification to the same office.
