The Student Welfare Office handles student-status procedures and a range of student support services at Tokyo Senju Campus.

Leave of absence, withdrawal, and return procedures

The Student Welfare Office on the third floor of Building 2 handles student-status procedures, including applications for a leave of absence, withdrawal, and return from a leave of absence. It also handles address changes, extracurricular activity procedures, scholarships, student ID cards and student discount certificates, enrollment certificates and other certificates, student accident and liability insurance procedures, student-life consultations, lost-and-found items, and applications for support for students' off-campus activities.
