Student Affairs Desk services

The Student Affairs Desk, located on the third floor of Building 2, handles student-life consultations and a range of administrative procedures. These include leave of absence, withdrawal, and return-to-study procedures; changes of address and other personal details; extracurricular activity procedures; scholarships; student ID cards and student discount certificates; certificates of enrollment and other certificates; procedures for student accident and liability insurance; lost-and-found items; and applications for support for students’ off-campus activities.

Urgent help when the Health Consultation Room is closed

If urgent assistance is needed while the Health Consultation Room is closed, consult the Student Affairs Desk.
