Obtaining and completing the withdrawal application

At Tokyo Senju Campus, students in the Faculty of Engineering in academic year 2026 and the Faculty of Engineering Division II in academic year 2025 can obtain the withdrawal application from the Student Affairs desk and complete the required information. To withdraw, you must submit the application with your student ID and obtain approval. For the Faculty of Engineering Division II in academic year 2025, the application must be signed and sealed by both the student and the guarantor.

Documents to submit

For students in the Faculty of Engineering Division II at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, submit the required documents and your student ID to the Student Affairs desk. If the reason for withdrawal is illness or injury, attach a doctor's certificate.
