Tokyo Senju Campus: System Design and Engineering

For students in the Faculty of System Design and Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, submit the required documents to the Student Welfare Services counter. If the leave is due to illness or injury, attach a medical certificate. You can obtain the leave application form at the counter and must complete the required information. Both you and your guarantor must sign and stamp the form.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Requesting a Leave

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, students who wish to take a leave of absence should notify the Student Welfare Services counter of their request.
