Where to Submit Your Return Documents

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, students in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Future Science must submit the required documents to the Student Welfare Services Counter. If your leave of absence was due to illness or injury, attach a doctor's certificate.
