Reporting Damage to Campus Facilities or Equipment

Find the designated recipient for reporting damaged or soiled campus facilities and equipment, including the applicable campus and academic scope.

Where to report damage

If you damage or soil a campus facility or item of equipment, report it promptly to the manager responsible for the relevant facility or equipment. At Tokyo Senju Campus, the designated recipient is the Head of the Student Support Center. This applies to the 2026 Faculty of Future Science students, 2025 Faculty of Engineering students, and 2026 Faculty of Engineering Second Division students identified in the applicable rules. At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, report the damage to the Director of the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office.
