Reporting Changes to Guarantor Information

Students must promptly report a change of guarantor or a change of address for their guarantor to the designated recipient for their campus.

When and Where to Report

If your guarantor changes, or if your guarantor's address changes, report the change promptly to the designated recipient. At Tokyo Senju Campus, the recipient is the Director of the Student Support Center. At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the recipient is the Director of the Administrative Office of the Faculty of Science and Technology.
