Where to Submit a Class Absence Notice

For the 2026 academic year, students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology should submit class absence notices to the Academic Affairs Office.

The Academic Affairs Office handles class absence notices. For the procedure, refer to Chapter 4, "Course Registration Guide" — Section 2, "Classes," Item 7, "Absence from Classes."
