The treatment of previously earned credits must be reviewed in detail for each individual case. Students should promptly contact the Teacher Education Program at the Tokyo Senju Campus Academic Affairs Office. Transfer students who wish to have previously earned credits recognized as subjects required for obtaining a teaching license also need separate confirmation by the Teacher Education Program.

For students in the Second Division of the School of Engineering in the 2026 academic year, subjects completed at a college of technology are, in principle, eligible for recognition only when they correspond to fourth- or fifth-year subjects.
