Reporting Changes to Guarantor Information

Students at Saitama Hatoyama Campus must promptly report a change of guarantor or a change in the guarantor’s address to the designated faculty office.

When and where to report

If your guarantor changes or your guarantor’s address changes, you must report the change promptly. For students at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the School of Science and Technology, submit the notification to the Director of Faculty Administration.
