Office Responsible for Scholarship Loan Disbursement and Collection

The Accounting Department (Accounting Section) handles scholarship loan disbursement and collection administration. Student selection and appointment may be handled separately by the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section).

Responsible office

The Accounting Department (Accounting Section) is responsible for administrative work related to scholarship loan disbursement and collection, including support scholarships, relief scholarships, and scholarships generally where specified in the applicable records. For support and loan scholarships, student selection and appointment are handled by the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section), while disbursement and collection are handled by the Accounting Department (Accounting Section).
