Reissuing a Lost Tuition Payment Form

Find out which office handles reissuing a lost tuition payment form and whether the procedure can be completed by email.

How to request a reissue

If you lose your tuition payment form, request a reissue from the Accounting Department (Accounting Services). For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Future Science and the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus may also complete the reissue procedure by email. Send the request to gakuhi@jim.dendai.ac.jp.

Office handling tuition payment matters

The Accounting Department (Accounting Services) handles tuition payment matters and the reissue of tuition payment forms. For the applicable 2026 Tokyo Senju Campus arrangements, the office is in Building 1, 5th floor, and its hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00–17:00.
