Prospective Graduation Certificate: Eligibility and Issuance Timing

For eligible fourth-year students, this page explains when a prospective graduation certificate can be issued and when it is unavailable.

Eligibility and Issuance

A student who has met the progression conditions and advanced to the fourth year may obtain a prospective graduation certificate from early April. The specific start date for issuance is announced by notice. The certificate cannot be issued while a student is on leave of absence; consult the department if needed.
