Reissuing a Lost Tuition Bank-Transfer Form

Students who lose their tuition bank-transfer form can request a replacement through the Accounting Department, including by email.

How to Request a Replacement

If you lose your tuition bank-transfer form, request reissuance through the Accounting Department. The reissuance procedure may also be completed by email at gakuhi@jim.dendai.ac.jp.
