Address Change Notification and Required Identification

Find out what to submit when your address or your guarantor’s address changes, including the required identification and submission location.

Address change procedure

For students in the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, the student’s student ID must be submitted when the student’s or guarantor’s address changes. For students in the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, an address change notification must be submitted to the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare desk when an address or residential address designation changes. The notification form is available at the desk.
