After-Hours Access to Campus Facilities

Requirements by academic year

For the 2025 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design and Technology who need to remain in a laboratory or other facility outside opening hours for unavoidable reasons, such as graduation research, must notify their academic adviser in advance. If permission is granted, the academic adviser will make a reservation for locking and unlocking the relevant facility.

For the 2026 academic year, students in the same campus and faculty who need to remain in a laboratory or similar facility outside opening hours for reasons such as graduation research must apply to their academic supervisor in advance. If permission is granted, the academic supervisor will make a reservation to lock or unlock the relevant facility.
