Where to Print or Collect Certificates

Find the available certificate issuance locations for your campus, faculty, and academic year, including on-campus machines, convenience stores, and department counters.

Certificate locations for 2025 students at Tokyo Senju Campus

Applied-for certificates can be printed and issued using the on-campus certificate machine on the third floor of Building 2. They can also be printed and issued using the multifunction copiers at Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores nationwide. However, some qualification-related certificates and other designated certificates are not issued by the machine or convenience-store service; these must be collected at the counter of the department responsible for handling them.

Certificate locations for 2026 students

For students in the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, applied-for certificates can be issued using the automatic certificate machine on the first floor of the Main Building or the certificate convenience-store service at multifunction copiers in Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores nationwide. For students in the School of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, certificates can be printed and issued using the on-campus certificate machine on the third floor of Building 2 or multifunction copiers at Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores nationwide.

Student ID requirement

A student ID is required when issuing various certificates for students in the School of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in 2026.
