Certificate Issuance Processing Times

Certificate issuance times vary by academic year, campus, and faculty. The applicable processing period excludes specified non-working days.

2026: Faculty of Systems Design and Technology

At Tokyo Senju Campus, certificates are generally issued seven days after the application date. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from this period.

2026: Faculty of Science and Technology

At Hatoyama Campus, the number of days shown as the issuance period does not include days when the administrative office does not handle applications.

2025: Faculty of Engineering

At Tokyo Senju Campus, certificates are generally issued three days after the application date. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from this period.
