For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, a foreign-language certificate of enrollment is issued five days later, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For students in the School of System Design and Technology, the responsible department is the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section), located on the third floor of Building 2. The same five-day processing period applies to students in the School of Science and Technology for Future Life.
