Address and contact information changes

For students and guarantors at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology in the 2026 academic year, submit a change notification to Student Affairs when your address or contact information changes. You must present your student ID. Students must keep their current address and contact details, including a telephone number at which they can normally be reached, up to date.

For students in the Second Division of the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, submit a change notification immediately when your address or contact information changes. The notification must be submitted to the designated Center Director or Administration Office Director.

Surname or nationality changes

For students and guarantors at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology in the 2026 academic year, submit a change notification when your surname or nationality changes. Submit it to Student Affairs with a document showing the change, such as a family register extract, and your student ID.
