Department Transfer: Application Period, Screening Fee, and Schedule

Application and notification period

Students who wish to transfer departments from the next academic year must notify or apply to the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare Office during October 1–31. This period is stated for the 2025 academic year in the Faculty of Future Science, the Faculty of System Design Engineering, and the Faculty of Engineering, and for the 2026 academic year in the Faculty of Future Science and the Division of Engineering.

Screening fee

A separate screening fee of ¥5,000 is charged for department-transfer selection. Examination and transfer date
