End-of-First-Semester Graduation Assessment

This page explains which annual courses may be included, the instructor approval required for an application, and how the decision is announced.

Eligible Annual Courses

For end-of-first-semester graduation assessment, an annual course may be included if you have unearned credits in the course and had taken it for at least one year by the previous year. The course must have been taken and attended in the previous year, assessed, and failed. Both compulsory and elective annual courses may be eligible.

Instructor Approval for the Application

Complete the required information on the application form and obtain the course instructor’s approval before submitting it.

How the Decision Is Announced

Permission or denial of the request will be announced later by posting.
