Evaluation Check: Eligibility, Timing, and Application Procedure

For the 2025 academic year, students at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science can apply for an evaluation check during the designated period when an evaluation appears clearly erroneous.

Eligibility and Application Period

You may apply for an evaluation check only during the designated application period. The planned periods are early September for the first semester and early March for the second semester. An application is accepted only when the evaluation appears clearly erroneous in light of the syllabus evaluation method, your learning attitude, submitted work, examination results, and other relevant factors.

Substantive Applications Required

Applications must explain the matter specifically. Applications that lack specific substance or are pleading in nature will not be accepted.
