Faculty Transfer Eligibility

A faculty transfer may be approved only after selection, when the relevant faculty has available capacity and the student meets the required conditions.

2025 academic year

For the 2025 academic year, faculty transfer is considered only when there is available capacity and after selection. Even when capacity is available, the student must meet certain conditions, including excellent personal qualities and academic performance, as well as an unavoidable reason.

These conditions apply to the following scopes: - School of Future Science, Tokyo Senju Campus - School of Engineering, Tokyo Senju Campus - School of Science and Technology, Saitama Hatoyama Campus - School of System Design and Technology, Tokyo Senju Campus

2026 academic year

For the 2026 academic year, faculty transfer may be approved only when there is available capacity and after selection. Even when capacity is available, the student must meet certain conditions, including excellent personal qualities and academic performance, as well as an unavoidable reason.
