First-Semester Graduation: Eligibility and Application

This page explains which annual courses may qualify for First-Semester Graduation, what approval is required before applying, and how the result is announced.

Courses eligible for consideration

For the 2026 academic year, an annual course may be considered if you have taken it for at least one year by the previous academic year and have not earned the credits. The course may be either required or elective, but you must have taken and attended it in the previous academic year, received a grade evaluation, and failed it. Second-semester half-year courses are not eligible.

Application approval and notification

Before submitting your application, complete the required information and obtain approval from the course instructor. Whether the application is approved or not approved will be announced later by posted notice.
