First-Semester-End Graduation Evaluation Request

How to Submit the Request

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, enter the required information on the request and obtain the course instructor's approval before submitting it. Submit the prescribed request during the first-semester course-registration period to the Tokyo Senju Campus Office of Academic Affairs. Submit one copy for each course. Permission or denial will be announced later by posted notice.
