Confirming Your Graduation Timing

This page explains when graduation timing is confirmed, how students choose September or the following March, and how to request graduation in the following March.

When graduation timing is confirmed

For eligible students who meet the stated graduation conditions at the end-of-first-semester graduation determination, graduation timing is confirmed from late August to early September. After the determination result, the department head or student adviser confirms whether the student wishes to graduate at the end of the first semester in September or in the following March.

Requesting graduation in the following March

A student who wishes to graduate in the following March must submit an application within the designated period. The application must be addressed to the dean and include the signatures and seals of both the student and the guarantor. Submitting this application changes the graduation timing to the following March.
