Faculty of Future Science: Regular Examination Required

For students in the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, the university will not issue a health examination certificate if the student has not undergone the regular health examination. This applies when the certificate is needed for employment, further study, part-time work, or similar purposes.

Faculty of Engineering, Second Division: Examination and Re-examination Requirements

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, a health examination certificate is issued through the certificate issuance service. It cannot be issued if the student has not undergone the regular health examination or has not completed a required re-examination.
