How to Return from a Leave of Absence

Return-from-leave procedure

Before your leave period ends, the Student Welfare Office sends you the procedure details and a return-from-leave application form by mail. When the reason for your leave has been resolved, you must submit the application and obtain permission to return. In principle, you must meet with your student advisor and have the application stamped before receiving approval. Submit the required documents to the Student Welfare Office counter. If your leave was due to illness or injury, attach a medical certificate from a doctor. After the return has been approved, a return-from-leave approval notice is sent to you by mail.
