How Your Graduation Preference Is Confirmed

In late August, after first-semester grades have been finalized, the university conducts the September-graduation determination. For students who meet the stated September-graduation conditions, the university confirms whether they wish to graduate in September or the following March. Based on the determination, the department head or academic advisor asks every eligible student to indicate their preferred graduation month. The result is then notified to the department head.
