Special Course Registration and Overlapping Courses

Procedure for special course registration

For students admitted through a faculty transfer, transfer admission, department transfer, readmission, or a similar special enrollment category at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology during academic year 2025, special course registration requires the designated form. Obtain approval stamps from the course instructor and the head of the department, then submit the form. The approval or rejection decision will be announced later by posting.

Exceptions to overlapping-course restrictions

For the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, exceptions to the prohibition on registering for overlapping courses are described in Section 3-5, “Special Course Registration.”

For the Faculty of Engineering (Second Division) at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, exceptions to the restriction on registering for courses that overlap on the same day and in the same class period are also described in Section 3-5, “Special Course Registration.”
