Special Course Registration for Transfer and Readmission Students

This page explains who may use the special registration process and the steps required to apply for courses that are normally not permitted.

Who Can Use the Special Registration Process

In the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division who transferred between faculties, entered through transfer admission, transferred between departments, were readmitted, or are in a similar category may use this special application process. It applies when they wish to take a course that is normally not permitted because of credit recognition arrangements.

Application Steps and Result

For special registration, complete the designated special application form. Obtain approval stamps from the course instructor and the department chair, then submit the form. The approval or non-approval result will be announced later by posted notice.
